Ground floor: entrance hall, fitness room, bathroom with shower, sauna, jacuzzi, laundry room (washing machine, dryer).

- All the linen, towels and toiletries are included, for the number of persons announce prior arrival, in case more guests are staying additional fee would apply. In case of replacement or additional linen, towels and toiletries fee might apply.
- The house is safe and secure, safety gates for children will be provided upon request. Children will need supervision around the Jacuzzi and on the balconies.
- The private garage is ideal for storing prams and kids bikes. A inter-connected private garage for 2 cars as well as exterior parking for up to 6 cars comfortably is available to all guests.
- The owners live near the chalet and can help with anything during your stay to ensure you a comfortable journey.
- The house must be at the end of your stay in the same condition as arrival.
- A security deposit of CHF 1000 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
