This outing is a gentle ramble in search of edible plants from our alpine surroundings. After your walk, you’ll put your harvest to good use, with a cooking lesson and a delicous meal in a local alpine restaurant.
Are you a nature lover that likes to experience a place from the ground up? The local pastures and forests around Champéry are full of interesting plants, but which of them are edible? And how on earth would you use them in your own kitchen?
Nathalie, one of our local hiking guides and passionate herbalist, will take you for an informative ramble where you will learn to identify and gather edible plants. Afterwards, you’ll prepare a delicious meal with the morning's harvest.
