A walk through bread


A wonderful dicovery and gourmet walk in Troistorrents on the theme of bread!

The Commune of Troistorrents has an exceptional heritage around bread with a rich cereal culture, its Old Mills of the Tine and the bread ovens of Propéraz and Collaire, which are still in activity.

While tasting delicious local dishes, you will visit this cultural heritage in a warm atmosphere!

Route and programme:
1. Centre of the village of Troistorrents :
Departures every 30′ between 8.30 am and 2 pm
2. Old Mill of La Tine:
Visit of the site followed by a local breakfast
3. Collaire bread oven:
Scrambled eggs on a slice of bread from the oven accompanied by a wine
4. Croix du Nant :
Mini burger and 7 Peaks beer tasting
5. Propéraz bread oven:
Bear garlic / courgette caviar on oven bread with wine
6. La Cavagne :
Visit of the maturing cellar followed by a roast beef
7. Village Centre:
Coffee, savoury and digestif in a festive atmosphere

– Start of the tour by shuttle bus and possibility to finish the tour on foot or by shuttle bus.
