Summer course with sled dogs for young people aged 10 to 16 to discover the exciting world of huskies with lots of fun and educational activities!
This week-long mushing course will enable youngsters to get to know the dogs, take part in various activities with them and learn about mushing, all while enjoying a relaxing vacation.
Meals & equipment:
– Take a small backpack with: sun cream, sunglasses, k-way for rain, reusable water bottle.
For parents:
– Violaine and Gaëlle (from GDZailes) and their teams will be responsible for supervision. A supervisor will be present at all times, in addition to the workshop leaders.
Practical information:
– The activities will be adapted to suit all the children taking part in the course, so that everyone can have maximum fun.
– Accommodation in Champéry and all meals are included in the price.
– Kennel and park maintenance are not included in the price, nor is the distribution of meals to the dogs (for safety reasons).
– The course takes place regardless of weather conditions. Activities can be interchanged to suit.

This week's program:
Monday 08.07: presentation of mushing, canine behavior, meeting the dogs and cani-kart'AVENTURE in the morning with Violaine; cooking workshop with Antoine Gonnet, Michelin-starred chef in the afternoon.
Tuesday 09.07: cani-hiking in the forest with picnic in the morning, multi-games workshop with the dogs in the afternoon with Violaine.
Wednesday 10.07: introduction to cani-trottinette in the morning and trout fishing at Rosalie's in the afternoon.
Thursday 11.07: long cani-hike to the magnificent hamlet of Barme and picnic in the mountains with the dogs.
Friday 12.07: cani-kart'AVENTURE in the morning, cervelas party at noon and games at the kennels in the afternoon.

The price includes the entire course from Monday July 8 to Friday July 12 (including meals and accommodation).
The course is designed to be followed by children throughout the week. However, it can also be taken on selected days at a cost of CHF 100/day (on request).
